LotWalk is the dealership performance platform from Lotpop Inc. It pairs used car inventory analytics with 1-on-1 accountability coaching for dealer principals, GMs, and used car managers. Dealers use LotWalk to manage aged inventory, days supply, turn rate, and pricing through a weekly cadence run alongside a dedicated coach.
LotWalk is offered in three tiers:
- LotWalk Core ($495/month). Inventory integration, at-risk insights, and core reporting tools.
- LotWalk Plus ($1,495/month). Everything in Core, plus monthly coaching from a Lotpop Performance Engineer.
- LotWalk Pro ($1,995/month). Everything in Plus, plus weekly 1-on-1 coaching that drives the at-risk list, repricing decisions, and accountability for the team.
Dealers on LotWalk average a 22x annual turn rate, +$400 in average front gross per unit, and a 60 percent recovery rate on lost leads.
