Contact your Performance Engineer or reach out to John Anderson at janderson@lotpop.com with the new user's name and email. We'll get them set up within 24 hours.

Absolutely. Reach out to your Performance Engineer directly or contact our team to adjust your meeting cadence. We're flexible and want to make sure LotWalk works for your schedule.

Your Performance Engineer will walk you through every report during your first sessions. You can also request a refresher training at any time. Reports are designed to be intuitive, but we're always here if you need clarification.

LotWalk integrates with 50+ dealer systems including vAuto, VinCue, ACV/MAX, VinSolutions, eLeads, DriveCentric, DealerSocket, and many more. We're adding new integrations regularly. If you don't see your system listed, contact your Performance Engineer or support team.
