LotWalk connects to 50+ dealer systems: your CRM, your DMS, your inventory pricing tool, and your listing sites. It reads the data those tools already hold, puts inventory and leads on one desktop screen, and turns them into a daily Action Plan your team can run. Most dealers are live inside two weeks.
LotWalk integrates with 50+ dealer systems, including vAuto, VinCue, ACV / MAX, VinSolutions, eLeads, DriveCentric, and DealerSocket. It sits on top of the CRM, DMS, inventory tool, and listing feeds you already run, reading data through the same secure connections your other vendors use. No rip and replace. Nothing to install. Your team keeps working in the tools they know, and LotWalk tells them what to do next.
These are the tools most LotWalk stores are already running. If yours is not on this list, it is almost certainly in the other 50+. Ask on your Lot Audit and we will confirm before you sign anything.
Inventory pricing. Your inventory and pricing data flow into LotWalk's vehicle cards, so the manager sees price, age, and price-to-market on the same screen as the lead counts, instead of tabbing between two tools.
Inventory intelligence. LotWalk reads your VinCue inventory data and layers lead activity and the daily Action Plan on top of it, so the units that need attention actually get worked.
Wholesale and appraisal. Whether a unit came off the auction or in on a trade, LotWalk tracks it once it hits your inventory, so purchase and trade segments can be measured against the store's sale rate goal in the At Risk view.
CRM. LotWalk pulls leads and activities out of VinSolutions and pins them to the vehicles they belong to, which is how it spots the cars with zero leads and the leads sitting on cars you already sold.
CRM. Lead and activity data from eLeads feed the lead counts on every vehicle card, the No Leads in 7 Days filter, and Switch Leads matching when a unit sells.
CRM. LotWalk reads DriveCentric leads and activities so your BDC's work shows up against the inventory in stock, not just as a count of calls made.
CRM and DMS. DealerSocket stores can feed both sides: lead and activity data from the CRM, and sold data from the DMS that drives sale rate and turn on the Scoreboard.
The named tools above are the ones that come up most on demos. In total, LotWalk connects to 50+ dealer systems across CRM, DMS, inventory, and listings. Current clients can reach the Lotpop team through Help/Training. Prospects can ask on a Lot Audit.
Visit Help/Training →Four feeds. Every one of them is data you already own. LotWalk's job is to put them on one screen and turn them into a short list of moves for the morning.
The inventory feed is the backbone. For every unit in stock, LotWalk reads age in days, current price and the days since the last price change, mileage, photo count, and price to market (PTM). That data builds the vehicle cards in the daily LotWalk view, fills the age buckets in At Risk (0-15, 16-30, 31-45, 46-60, 61+), and feeds the Predictor, which forecasts what each unit will do over the next two weeks. Units off market by more than your threshold get flagged so the water gets applied weekly, not monthly. Units with fewer than 15 photos get their own filter chip.
The CRM feed is where most dealers see something new in the first week. LotWalk pulls every lead and every activity and pins it to the vehicle it was on. That is how it exposes the 50/10/50 problem: 50% of leads land on only 10% of the inventory, while 50% of the inventory has zero leads. It also powers Switch Leads. When a unit sells, LotWalk finds the open leads on that sold car and matches them to comparable cars in stock right now, so the BDC gets a live unit to sell instead of a dead file. 60-70% of a dealer's leads are on cars no longer in stock. That is the pile Switch Leads works, with no new ad spend.
Sold data from the DMS closes the loop. LotWalk uses it to calculate sale rate by segment (franchise, non-franchise, trade, purchase) against your monthly goal, sold by age bucket (first 30 days versus 61+), and inventory turn. This is the layer that tells you whether the moves you made last week actually turned into deliveries.
Listing data shows whether shoppers can find the car. LotWalk pulls SRP and VDP totals by source (AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus) onto the Scoreboard, next to the trend charts for leads per car and vehicles worked. When a unit has plenty of VDP views and no leads, that is a pricing conversation. When it has no views at all, that is a merchandising conversation. Either way, the manager knows which one to have.
LotWalk is not a CRM and not a pricing tool, and it is not trying to be. It reads what those tools know and adds the one thing they leave out: a ranked plan and a coach who checks that it got done.
The CRM is the system of record for every call, text, and appointment. It is very good at logging history. What it cannot do is look across your inventory and tell the BDC which leads are on cars still in stock, which cars have had no leads in seven days, and which sold-unit leads should be switched to a comparable car this morning. LotWalk does that and hands it back as the daily Action Plan. Your team keeps logging in the CRM. They just stop guessing what to work.
vAuto, VinCue, and tools like them tell you where a unit sits against the market. That is essential, and LotWalk reads it rather than recreating it. Where LotWalk picks up is everything between the price and the sale: is the unit being worked, does it have enough photos, are the leads on it being called, is it priced above what the Predictor says will sell in the next two weeks. Pricing is one lever. LotWalk works all of them.
There is no software to install and no data to re-enter. Setup is mostly waiting on feed access from your other vendors, and Lotpop handles the back and forth.
Lotpop connects to your inventory feed, CRM, DMS, and listing data through the same secure connections your other vendors already use. Nothing gets installed on a desk or a server. Your team does not change a thing about how they work.
Once data is flowing, your Performance Engineer maps users and departments, sets your monthly goals and thresholds, and walks the team through the LotWalk view, At Risk, and the Scoreboard. This is the Introduction to LotWalk session.
Your managers and BDC start the morning from the Action Plan: which cars to work, which leads to call, which reps to push. Most dealers are live inside two weeks, and many are live in days. The one-time $1000 integration fee per rooftop covers all of it.
LotWalk reads your dealership data through the same secure connections your other vendors already use. Data is protected with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Lotpop never sells or shares dealer data. Your numbers are used for one thing: showing your team what to work today.
Because LotWalk sits on top of your existing systems and does not replace any of them, your CRM, DMS, and pricing tool remain the systems of record. Nothing about your current setup changes, and nothing is locked inside LotWalk.
Most dealers do not have a data problem. They have a data-in-five-places problem. The CRM knows the leads, the pricing tool knows the market, the DMS knows what sold, the listing sites know who is looking, and nobody is putting it together at 8 AM. LotWalk connects to all of it, with nothing to install and nothing to replace, and turns it into one ranked list of cars to work, leads to call, and reps to push. Then a Performance Engineer checks that it got done. Stop looking at your numbers. Start working them.

A Lot Audit is a free working session. A Lotpop coach pulls up your live inventory and lead data, walks through what they see, and answers the integration question for your specific stack. You leave with findings either way.
