LotWalk is not a pile of reports. It is a Dashboard that ranks the lot, an Action Plan that says what to do this morning, and a coach who checks that it got done. Here is every piece, what it does on a real lot, and where to go deeper.
LotWalk's key features are the Dashboard (vehicle cards with a LotWalk Score, At Risk age buckets, the Scoreboard, and Market View), the Daily Action Plan, Switch Leads, LotStock, the Predictor, integrations with 50+ dealer systems, and 1-on-1 coaching from a dedicated Performance Engineer, plus live training through Request Training. Every plan includes all of the software. Plus and Pro differ only in how often the coach shows up.
The LotWalk view is one card per vehicle: photo, stock number, year, make, model, trim, and an orange LotWalk Score from 0 to 100. Under it sit the fields a used car manager actually argues about: age in days, days since the last price change, price and markup versus market, miles, percent price to market, Predictor score, photo count, lead counts, and switch count. Filter chips across the top (Top 5, fewer than 15 photos, no leads or switches, above Predictor, no leads in 7 days, purchase issue) each carry a live count, and every card has a worked checkbox so you can see what was touched and what was ignored.
Three more views round it out. At Risk splits the inventory into age buckets (0-15, 16-30, 31-45, 46-60, 61+) with a sale rate and issue counts per bucket, colored against your monthly goal. Scoreboard shows trend charts, days supply by segment, SRP and VDP totals by source, and a user table of logins, leads worked, and vehicles worked in the last 7 days. That table is the accountability layer. Market View shows your listings, shopper counts, and competitive set.
The Action Plan is the reason the data exists. Every morning LotWalk ranks which cars to work, which leads to call, and which reps to push, built from the live inventory and CRM feeds and reviewed by your coach. It is short on purpose. A manager can run it before the first up walks in.
Because each item gets checked off, the plan also becomes the record. Worked and Ignored totals sit at the top of the view, so the question in the morning meeting is not "did you look at the list" but "why is that unit still on it." Lotpop also publishes a free printable Action Plan template for stores that want to start the habit on paper.

Across LotWalk dealers, 60 to 70 percent of leads come in on cars that are no longer in stock. Most CRMs let those leads die in a closed file. Switch Leads does the opposite: when a unit sells, LotWalk identifies the open leads on that car and matches them to comparable cars on the lot right now.
The BDC works those matches from the morning Action Plan, so the follow-up call is about a live vehicle instead of an apology. That is where the 60 to 70 percent second-chance number comes from, and it costs nothing in new ad spend. The leads were already paid for.
LotStock is the stocking tool. It shows what is turning at your price point in your market, by segment, so the next buy is built on days supply and gross instead of what looked good in the auction lane. It recommends segments to cut and segments to reinvest in, with a sub-60-day supply as the target.
The point is not to buy less. It is to stop refilling the same aged bucket you just cleared. Your coach uses LotStock on the call to tie the buying plan back to the At Risk view, so acquisition and aging are one conversation.
The Predictor forecasts what each unit will do over the next two weeks, as a score and a probability. Jasen Rice puts it this way: "What if I can show you how your inventory will look 2 weeks from now?" That is the question it answers, unit by unit.
The "above Predictor" flag marks cars priced higher than what the Predictor says will sell, which turns repricing from a monthly purge into a weekly move. Pair it with the price-to-market thresholds you set, and the water gets applied when it still protects gross, not after the unit is already a floorplan problem.
LotWalk connects to 50+ dealer systems, including vAuto and VinCue for inventory, ACV and MAX for wholesale and appraisal, and VinSolutions, eLeads, DriveCentric, and DealerSocket on the CRM and DMS side. It pulls the inventory feed, CRM lead and activity data, DMS data, and SRP and VDP totals from Cars.com, CarGurus, and AutoTrader. Nothing to install, no rip and replace, and most dealers are live inside two weeks.
LotWalk does not replace any of these. The CRM tracks what happened; LotWalk says what to do next. The pricing tool prices the car; LotWalk gets it sold. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, never sold or shared, and read through the same secure connections your other vendors already use.
Every LotWalk dealer gets a dedicated 1-on-1 Performance Engineer. Coaches are former dealers, GMs, and used car managers who know your market, not just national averages. The working session is weekly on Pro and monthly on Plus. On Pro, a written game plan follows every call and the next call opens by checking every commitment. Lotpop calls it the Accountability Loop.
This is not a help desk ticket, a chatbot, or a quarterly review. It is the same person, on your numbers, on a schedule. Most stores see measurable change in 30 days, and the coach installs the habits of the top 10 percent of stores over about 90 days. Your managers get held to it so you do not have to stand over it.
Request Training sits in the left nav of LotWalk. From there your team can book live or 1-on-1 Sales and BDC training or Manager training. New users get walked through the Dashboard and Action Plan by your Performance Engineer during onboarding, and the Help/Training center covers the day-to-day questions.
Pro plans include team training as part of the subscription. Plus plans run self-serve between the monthly calls, with training available on request.
Plus and Pro are priced per rooftop for the used car department on a standard six-month agreement. The new car department is a $600/mo add-on to either plan.
Plenty of tools show a used car manager the inventory. LotWalk's features are built to end in an action: the Dashboard ranks the lot, the Action Plan says what to do this morning, Switch Leads and the Predictor keep the effort on cars that are actually in stock, LotStock keeps the next buy honest, and the Scoreboard shows who did the work. Then a Performance Engineer reviews all of it with your manager and holds the team to the plan. Every plan has every feature. Pick the coaching cadence your store needs, and stop looking at your numbers so you can start working them.
