Cancel Services

We're sorry to see you go.

To cancel Lotpop services, follow the steps below from inside your LotWalk account. Once your request is submitted, your 30-day out begins.

Log into your LotWalk account.

Head to mylotwalk.com and sign in using your dealer credentials.

Open Dealer Settings.

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your LotWalk dashboard to open Dealer Settings.

Click "Cancel / Downgrade my LotWalk services."

You'll find the option inside Dealer Settings. Selecting it will open the cancelation request form.

Complete the cancelation request form.

Fill out every section of the form and submit. Until all sections are completed and submitted, your cancelation can't be processed.

Please remember: 30-day out.

Per our dealer agreement, any cancelation is subject to a 30-day out. Services and billing will continue until your end-of-service date, 30 days from the day your request is submitted.
