To cancel Lotpop services, please complete the following steps.

 

  1. Log into your LotWalk account

  2. Click Dealer Settings (gear icon on the top right corner)

  3. Click "cancel/downgrade my LotWalk services"

  4. Complete all sections of the cancelation request form

Once submitted, your 30-day out will begin.

Until these steps are followed to completion, cancelation can not be processed. 

Please remember

Per our dealer agreement, any cancelation is subject to a 30-day out. Services and billing will continue until your end-of-service date, 30 days from the day of request submission.
