$2,995 is the entry point. Your final price depends on call volume, channels covered, and how deep we plug into your systems. We'll walk you through exactly what your store needs on the discovery call.
How is this different from another outsourced BDC?
Most remote BDCs ask for a call list and start dialing. Connect builds outreach around your inventory data — which units are aging, which switch leads are sitting in your CRM, which customers are matched to cars you have right now. The work is tied to the cars that need to move.
What's a switch lead and why does it matter?
A switch lead is a customer in your CRM who bought a different vehicle (often elsewhere) when you had a match for them on your lot, or stalled out before a deal closed. Most dealers have hundreds of these and never work them. Connect surfaces and works them.
When does Connect officially launch?
