Lotpop Connect uses dealership-provided lead data exclusively for outreach authorized by the dealership.
Lead data is not shared or sold to third parties and is used solely for communication and reporting within
the dealership’s LotWalk account.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding
aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only in the following ways: - With Service Providers:
Companies that help us host data, deliver communications, or provide analytics under confidentiality
agreements. - With Dealerships: If you are a dealership customer, lead outreach data collected by Lotpop
Connect (including call attempts or notes) may be shared within your dealership’s LotWalk account for
visibility and follow-up. - Legal Compliance: If required to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or
