John Ruswick began his career selling Toyotas in 1987 in Deerfield Beach, Florida then moving into finance at the age of 21. He remained in the South Florida area for many years as New Car Manager and Finance Director. After moving to Michigan in 2006, John started working for one of the largest independently owned dealer groups in the country as Subprime Director. He moved on to Finance Manager, Pre-owned Manager and spent his last five years as the Director of Pre-owned Operations.

John was fortunate to have great mentors, managers and vendors throughout his automotive career. He believes much of his success comes from his ability to change with an ever-changing industry. When John joined the Lotpop team in April of 2017, he felt it was time to give back with his experiences and coach current and up-and-coming people in the business.
